Each Christmas, our church participates in a movement called Advent Conspiracy; that helps us experience Christmas in a more meaningful way.  You can also learn more about this at the link below: www.adventconspiracy.org/

For our Giving Target this Christmas, our church will be raising funds to bless the ministry of the Faraja Widows, which is a micro-enterprise clothing & jewelry-making ministry based out of the Kibera slums in Kenya that ministers to widows and orphans that have been affected by HIV/AIDS.  Their workshop and worship center burned to the ground on November 3rd and the funds we raise will go towards immediate aid; as well as the rebuilding of this ministry to the “least of these” in our world. An informational video about this ministry can be found below:

I hope you’ll join us this week for our always-special Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 6:30 P.M.

Merry Christmas!
